CITIZEN PETITION DEMANDS FDA REVOKE PFIZER AND MODERNA VACCINE APPROVALS AS AUSTRALIA’S ROLE IN EXPOSING DNA CONTAMINATION GROWS CRITICAL
Sydney, NSW – A landmark Citizen Petition filed with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on January 21, 2025, demands the immediate revocation or suspension of approvals for Pfizer’s Comirnaty and Moderna’s Spikevax COVID-19 vaccines - products widely used in Australia.
Lodged by a coalition of experts including Australian Julian J Gillespie, LLB BJuris, former barrister, Dr. David J. Speicher, PhD, virologist, alongside Kevin McKernan, BSc, former Human Genome Project Team Leader and Chief Scientific Officer of Medicinal Genomics; Dr. Jessica Rose, PhD, mathematician and immunologist; and L. Maria Gutschi, BScPhm, PharmD, pharmacy consultant, the Petition reveals shocking evidence of synthetic DNA contamination and regulatory failures threatening millions globally, with Australia at the forefront of this discovery.
Hosted on Regulations.gov (Docket No. FDA-2025-P-0335-0001), the Petition has attracted 322 comments—nearly all in emphatic support—signalling a groundswell of public alarm. Australians can amplify this urgent call by submitting comments at https://www.regulations.gov/document/FDA-2025-P-0335-0001.
A Crisis Unearthed by Australians
The Petition rests on two devastating grounds:
- Illegal Gene Therapy Approvals: Pfizer and Moderna dodged mandatory Environmental Assessments (EAs) through wrongful FDA exclusions, misclassifying their gene therapy products as vaccines. This breach of law denied transparency and informed consent, invalidating approvals from day one.
- Dangerous DNA Contamination: Nine independent studies, including one by FDA scientists and Dr. Speicher’s Australian report showing levels 7 to 145 times above limits, confirm synthetic DNA in these vaccines. Encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and found in South Australian blood samples, this biologically active DNA - with cancer-linked SV40 sequences - poses risks of oncogenesis, genomic instability, and hereditary harm.
Australia’s Fight Goes Global
“Australia has sounded the alarm, and the world must listen,” said Julian Gillespie, lead petitioner and a driving force behind local efforts. “From Dr. Speicher’s findings to MP Russell Broadbent’s relentless push for answers, we’ve exposed a crisis ignored by our government. This synthetic DNA contamination endangers every Australian vaccinated with these products - and every person worldwide. Action is non-negotiable.”
Peer-reviewed evidence shows DNA levels shattering the obsolete 10 ng/dose “naked” DNA limit, irrelevant to LNP-protected contaminants that infiltrate human cells. Studies detect billions of SV40 molecules per dose, capable of integrating into DNA and potentially self-replicating in tumours - risks Australian regulators have dismissed despite evidence from the U.S., Germany, France, Canada, and our own shores.
RFK Jr.’s Historic Decision Looms
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the new U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, holds the Petition’s fate, with a deadline of July 20, 2025. Having studied its contents - backed by his Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) team - RFK Jr.’s anticipated swift response could set a global precedent, aligning with his transparency pledge. The Petition’s reach extends further, shared with the U.S. Department of Justice for potential fraud charges against Pfizer and Moderna, and with Elon Musk’s DOGE FDA initiative.
A National Wake-Up Call
PJ O’Brien & Associates, the New South Wales firm issuing this release, implores Australian media and citizens to confront the Petition’s evidence and rally in support. “Our government’s silence is only making things worse” said Katie Ashby-Koppens. “We need every voice to demand accountability now - before more lives are impacted.”
Beyond Suspension: A Duty to Act
The Petition seeks more than suspension - calling for independent testing of vaccine stocks, public risk advisories, and research to support potentially billions affected globally, including millions of Australians. Vetted by U.S. attorneys and praised by MAHA advisors, it’s a clarion call to rewrite the COVID-19 vaccine safety story - starting here.
