RSI stands for repetitive strain injuries and is often used to describe painful disorders affecting tendons, muscles, nerves, joints, back, chest, shoulders, arms and hands. RSI awareness day is generally recognized on February 29^th as the only “non-repetitive” day of the year and is recognized on February 28^th this year. 

Preventing RSIs from occurring protects your staff and also makes good business sense. Three steps to preventing RSI’s include:

MSA Resumes Classroom Training!
