PREVENT REPETITIVE STRAIN INJURIES

RSI stands for repetitive strain injuries and is often used to describe painful disorders affecting tendons, muscles, nerves, joints, back, chest, shoulders, arms and hands. RSI awareness day is generally recognized on February 29th as the only “non-repetitive” day of the year and is recognized on February 28th this year.

Preventing RSIs from occurring protects your staff and also makes good business sense. Three steps to preventing RSI’s include:

  • Eliminate Hazards at the Source
  • Create a Well-designed Workstation
  • Educate and Train Staff

MSA Safety Advisors are trained Certified Ergonomic Specialists and can conduct free onsite Ergonomic Assessments in both the industrial setting of your facility as well as your offices to reduce the risk of a RSI. To book now click here: MSA Services
