As the last weeks and months of the Truth Embargo unfold PRG offers the following advice. Don't focus too hard on any specific news article, document release, government statement, witness account or sighting report. Focus instead on the bigger picture unfolding since October 11, 2017. As you consider each new development keep the following in mind:
- those in the U.S. Government with a need to know have known there is an extraterrestrial presence since no later than 1947.
- both the government and civilian engagement of this ET presence has been conducted within the framework of a formal Truth Embargo.
- the events unfolding now are not about proving anything. They are about the government extricating out from under the Truth Embargo in a manner that is both responsible and as comfortable as possible.
- what you are witnessing is a complex public relations effort by numerous agencies and individuals seeking to land on their feet in the post-Disclosure world.
- The most important component in the Disclosure endgame ensuring such an outcome is congressional hearings.
This advice is not proffered as criticism. The Truth Embargo had to end this way if all parties are going to move forward together.

In Memoriam
This is a particularly difficult passing for me. Paul was one of the classiest human beings I have ever met. He was a righteous, positive, prolific, fearless engager of life. If only there were hundreds of Paul Hellyer's serving the American people in our halls of Congress. As it is, Paul served the Human Race by taking up the Disclosure mantle. He spoke truth to power and made it easier for others to do the same. It was an honor to join him in opening the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure on April 29, 2013. He died too soon at the age of 98. SB

Twenty-two years after PRG launched the first political action committee focused on the UAP/ET/Exopolitical issues a second such PAC has filed. Wonderful. What took you so long? Unlike my poorly resourced X-PPAC, UFOPac looks like a contender. The principals included two successful hight-tech entrepreneurs and an experienced political consultant.
