Dear PRHS Community Member:

At approximately 12:15 PM this afternoon a non-specific threat was reported by a student to the administration at the high school. The Park Ridge Police Department was immediately notified and the perpetrator was removed from the classroom. It is important to note that at no time were students or staff members in danger and the threat was deemed non-credible.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Park Ridge Police Department for taking swift action in helping us to deal with this incident.

As always, we will continue to keep the welfare and safety of students and staff members our top priority.
