NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE CHANGE(S)
In accordance with Civil Code 4360, please see the accompanying proposed rule changes.
Pursuant to California law, the Association is required to provide a minimum twenty-eight (28) day period for owners to provide their written comments on proposed rule changes. The Board of Directors will consider adopting the revised Architectural and Trash Policies and Guidelines at the July 31, 2025 1:00 PM Board of Directors’ Meeting.
Please email your written comments to reply@pgawest.org regarding these proposed rule changes on or before June 30, 2025.
