BOKS Volunteers and Registration

Keep an eye out for a flyer in your child's backpack to register for the awesome before-school activity program, BOKS! Kids love this program but spaces are limited. The best way to secure a spot for your child is to become a volunteer! It's not a huge commitment-- classes will run from 7:30-8:10 am two days a week for six weeks (Gr. K-2 M/W and Gr. 3-5 T/Th)

To volunteer, email Coleen Power or [email protected]

Walk, Bike, & Roll to School Day! Friday, October 14th

Please mark your calendars to join us for Friday, October 14th for PRS PTO's Walk, Bike, & Roll to School Day. We’re excited to encourage and celebrate active, healthy and climate-friendly modes of transportation.

Bruins Spirit Day: Friday, October 14th

NHL opening week! Bruins home opener is Saturday, October 15th. Show your spirit by wearing Bruins gear or Bruins colors to school.

BOO BASH: October 28th, 4-5:30pm

Please join us for a spooktacular event full of tricks and treats while DJ Joe spins monster mash beats on Friday, October 28 from 4-5:30 PM on the back playground. Appropriate costumes are encouraged. However, toy weapons are discouraged. Families and siblings are welcome!

Families can also participate in a pumpkin carving contest. Voting will take place at the Boo Bash. Please drop off your carved pumpkin with your name attached near the parking lot trail that leads into the backfield the morning of 10/28

Please note that this year the Boo Bash is not a drop-off event. Parents/guardians are required to stay for the duration of the event.

**Volunteers are needed to set up/clean up this event. Please email Spirit Committee Co-Chairs Becca DeChristopher or Kathryn Bizzozero if you can help.**

Mad About Science

is a reading program designed for students in grades 2-4 and their families. The program was created to provide quality science literature to elementary children while fostering a connection between home and school. The first bag distribution will be October 14th.
