Lake Charles LA, August 16, 2019 -Registration is now OPEN for our 14th Annual "Fore for Families" Golf Tournament.
This year's tournament will once again be held at the beautiful Gray Plantation Golf Course in Lake Charles on Friday, October 11, 2019. Our tournament format is a popular 2 person scramble that will begin with a shotgun start at 12:30 PM. Team registration will open at 11:30 AM. The $250 fee per team covers the course, cart, and delicious food & drinks on course.
Prizes awarded for: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in 2 flights with straightest drive & closest to the pin contests, Mulligans will be sold.
Sponsorship opportunities from $100 and up STILL available! Title Sponsor - $5000, Masters Sponsor - $1000, Eagle Sponsor - $500, Birdie Sponsor - $300, Friends of FHF Sponsor - $100. Each sponsorship has its own unique incentives.
Proceeds from the Golf Tournament will support the programs of FHF SWLA which include the Annual School Supply Drive for students with disabilities, and the Next Chapter Book Club.ALL proceeds benefit individuals with disabilities and their families. We depend on your generosity to help us provide support, education and information to anyone with any type of disability.
Families Helping Families of Southwest Louisiana is the only "one stop shop" that serves people with all types of disabilities and their family members in the 5 parish area of Southwest Louisiana. Thousands of area families benefit each year from our unique services that include; direct assistance and support from another person who has "been there" too.
