ETS single cash fare increases by 25 cents on February 1
January 9, 2019

Effective February 1, Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) is adjusting the single cash fare by 25 cents (from $3.25 to $3.50). This fare adjustment is part of the Operating budget approved by City Council in December 2018.

Prices remain the same for all other fare products, including ticket booklets and monthly and annual passes.

“ETS encourages passengers to save money by purchasing a booklet of 10 tickets or a monthly or annual pass. The savings can be upwards of $1 per trip,” says Eddie Robar, Branch Manager, ETS.

ETS fares remain competitive with those in other Canadian municipalities of a similar size.
