On Saturday March 30, restaurants throughout Edmonton will join the world and turn off the lights at 8:30 p.m. to celebrate Earth Hour. With increased vegetarian options and locally sourced ingredients, many restaurants are developing climate-friendly menus and are helping take a bite out of climate change. The following restaurants will be participating in this unique dining event during Earth Hour:

Earth Hour is a symbolic world-wide event to raise awareness, show support and inspire people to take action on climate change by simply turning their lights off. In 2018, individuals, businesses and organizations in more than 188 countries and territories worldwide participated in Earth Hour to spark unprecedented conversation and action on climate change.
