Mid-winter ETS schedule adjustments begin February 10
February 5, 2019

On Sunday, February 10, Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) will implement mid-winter bus schedule adjustments. Every year, ETS makes minor schedule adjustments to improve efficiency, reliability and connections.

More than 30 bus schedules have been modified, which may result in changes to arrival and departure times. ETS encourages passengers to check their arrival and departure times to see if these schedule adjustments will affect their commute.

D ue to shifting ridership patterns, all morning trips on Routes 48, 84, 92, 118, 562, as well as all morning and afternoon trips on Route 589, will now use community buses instead of conventional 40-foot buses. School Special schedules for Routes 810, 965 and 968 have also been adjusted to better accommodate school dismissal times. A new School Special, Route 961, will operate between Jasper Place High School and Lewis Farms Transit Centre to address overcrowding on Route 956 to The Hamptons.

Transit riders are encouraged to double check their route schedules and use real-time tools . For information about specific schedule adjustments on Family Day (February 18) and additional holidays in February and March, visit takeETS.com/news .
