Proposal to rezone properties in Jasper Park

Residents are invited to a Public Open House to discuss a proposed rezoning in Jasper Park at 8721, 8725, 8731 and 8735 - 150 Street NW.

Time: 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. 
Lynnwood School, 15451-84 Avenue NW, Edmonton 

The proposed rezoning would change how the property can be used, from a Single Detached Residential use (RF1 Zone) to a Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2 Zone).The rezoning would allow for the development of up to nine, 12 meter high, row housing units facing 150 Street NW. 

The proposal contains development regulations to ensure that the site design is compatible with surrounding low density residential uses. Parking is proposed on the east side of the site to provide additional staff parking for the adjacent Lynnwood Shopping Centre. 

The open house will be an opportunity to learn more about the proposal and provide your feedback to the City and the applicant. The planner will summarize the feedback received and share it with the applicant and City Council.
