Share your feedback on City’s updated accessibility policy for people with disabilities
February 21, 2019

One in seven Canadians have a disability and that number is expected to grow with an aging population. People with disabilities may encounter a range of barriers in their lives that can limit social, political and economic participation and inclusion in the community. The City of Edmonton is working to reduce and remove these barriers to ensure all people are able to participate and contribute, regardless of their abilities.

The City is updating corporate policy on accessibility for people with disabilities and seeks public feedback on a draft document.
