September 11 is the final day of the 2022 spray park season. After this date, crews will begin a shutdown procedure including inspections and preparing the equipment for winter.
The City asks that residents looking to visit a spray park this weekend be sure to check the park’s hours and operating status at
edmonton.ca/SprayParks before visiting.
“Spray parks help ensure neighbourhoods are where families can thrive in the summer months,” said Caitlin Zerebeski, Director of Infrastructure Maintenance. “As the season draws to a close, our crews will be hard at work, ensuring those facilities are safe and fun for Edmontonians next summer.”
The City of Edmonton has a total of 74 spray parks located throughout the city.
