For three consecutive weekends in late March and early April, crews will perform planned maintenance on the northern section of the Capital Line. This work will result in full station closures. To help ensure work is conducted safely and efficiently, Clareview and Belvedere LRT stations will be closed on: March 23, March 29 - 30, and April 6 - 7. To support riders, LRT replacement bus service will be available to connect riders between Clareview and Coliseum LRT stations.
Riders can catch LRT replacement buses, running every 7 to 8 minutes, at any of the bus stops marked with blue signs that say “LRT Replacement.” Locations are listed at
edmonton.ca/lrtreplacementservice.
Capital Line trains will continue to run on their normal weekend schedule between Coliseum and Century Park. Metro Line and Valley Line Southeast LRT service won’t be affected.
Regular LRT maintenance and renewal projects are an important part of providing a more reliable and efficient service. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while these projects are completed.
