Hello everyone:
We took a hike today (I'm writing this on Sunday evening). It was sunny with the high near 70. We were in shorts, t-shirts and baseball caps. It was a great day for a hike.
However... this week it's going to cool off. A lot. Like high in the 50s, and it will stay there a bit. Which makes this a perfect time to think about how to set ourselves and our homes up to succeed this Fall.
I have moved away from writing and recording about organizing projects, but this is an important topic for everyone's health! So we will look at organizing our medications and medicine cabinet this week before I return to organizational coaching topics.
What also makes this project timely is that Saturday, October 26th is National Take Back Day, a national initiative by the DEA to encourage us all to dispose of expired or unwanted prescription medication responsibly. Check out the website to learn more and to find a drop-off location near you.
Read on for the tips and how-tos to complete this project in this week's new article, "Public Service Announcement: It's Time To Organize Your Medicine Cabinet".
