Requesting Invitation Letters
to Attend the 2019 PSA Annual Meeting
If you are in need of an invitation letter to attend the 2019 PSA Annual Meeting in Montréal, Qu é bec, Canada, please send the following information in an email to info@poultryscience.org .
  • First (Given) Name

  • Last (Family) Name

  • Employer

  • Full Mailing Address

  • Email Address

  • Date of Birth

  • Passport number

  • Nationality

  • Abstract numbers (if applicable)

  • A Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) detailing your experience and scientific interest in the poultry sciences
  • Contact information for an individual at your University or another public institution (ex: bank, Government agency, etc.) who PSA can contact for confirmation of your employment. Please include the reference individual's name, institution, position title, address, email and phone number.

  • An official email address from a government institution or university must be provided. Email addresses from a public domain such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc., are not verifiable and will not be accepted for reference letters.
Your invitation request will be processed as soon as possible once all of the required information is received. Please do not submit multiple requests .
Guidelines for Posters
For those presenting a poster at this year's PSA Annual Meeting, please be sure to follow the poster guidelines when creating your poster and planning for its display. The guidelines can be downloaded from the Annual Meeting website by clicking the link below.
The New Emerging Professional Membership
PSA would like to offer a FREE , one-year membership to any PSA student member during their first-year transitioning from a student to a professional in industry, academia, or other field related to poultry science.

This NEW Emerging Professional Membership is designed to transition student members to professional members without the initial increase in membership dues.

Qualifying students should look for this option on the 2020 renewal form, coming this fall
