2020 Annual Meeting
Abstract Submission

Poultry scientists and students are encouraged to submit original research, teaching and extension papers. Oral and poster presentation papers should consist of original completed work that has not been accepted for publication in a journal or presented at another scientific meeting. The author submitting the abstract is responsible for its content and quality of preparation. All authors should be aware of patent considerations before submitting abstracts for publication. It is expected that all authors submitting abstracts attend the meeting to present their research.

Students may choose to have their presentation judged by entering the Student Award of Excellence Competition. Students competing for an Award of Excellence must be the FIRST author listed on the abstract, must specify they wish to enter the competition at the time of abstract submission, and submit their competition abstract to the appropriate section. Student competitors may submit multiple abstracts for presentation, but only ONE abstract may be entered in the competition.

Abstract Submission Deadline: Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at 11:59 pm ET

It is very important that all authors submitting abstracts read the instructions and other documents prior to submitting an abstract. The Program Committee reserves the right to change the abstract presentation type if necessary due to scheduling constraints.
Award Nominations Deadline
The deadline to submit a nominee for consideration of 2020 PSA awards is Monday, March 2, 2020. To see a full list of awards to be presented at the 2020 Annual Meeting, please click the link below.
Special Event Requests
If you intend to host a company event at the Annual Meeting, you will need to complete the Special Event Request Form. If your event will require a ticket purchase to attend, it will need to be submitted by February 27, 2020 so the ticket option can be included in the attendee registration form.

A dedicated booking website has been created so guests can make, modify and cancel hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel.
