Making of
"SO BIG, SO SMALL"
a Climate Change Documentary
Tuesday April 21st 2pm to 3pm  

Learn about the making of a documentary based on Coastal Climate Stories. PSC Student, Climate Fellowship Grant recipient, AND Sustainable Transportation Fellow Sean Jackson. Sean will show a trailer to his soon to be released climate change documentary, and show a never before seen interview from the film. Stay after the viewing for discussion on the film.

Center for Sustainability @FutureSmitty Instagram Take Over
Wednesday April 22nd ALL DAY

The PSC Center for Sustainability is taking over the admissions @futuresmitty instagram page. Feel free to follow us on @futuresmitty or @PSCgreen. You can meet our Campus Sustainability Coordinator Kate Glenn and our Sustainability Fellows and staff. We'll be highlighting renewable energy infrastructure on campus like our district wood pellet boiler and new Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, and highlighting past and current Sustainability Grant Projects. Come spend Earth Day with the Center for Sustainability on Instagram!
Saranac Lake Climate Smart Communities Webinar
Thurs April 23rd 3pm to 4pm  

Virtual event hosted by the Saranac Lake Climate Smart Community Task Force is hosting, Paul Smith's College is a partner and some of our students have worked to support this project. They are introducing the community to the Task Force, giving an overview of what the Village has accomplished, sharing some results from our GHG inventory, and inviting the public to share ideas for a future climate action plan.

Moonstone
Farm and Forest Virtual Tour! 
Friday April 24th 3pm to 4pm  

Take a virtual tour Moonstone Farm in Saranac Lake with Farmer Jacob Vennie-Vollrath. Paul Smith's College has partnered with Moonstone farm in a number of ways, including composting ! Moonstone farm takes all of Paul Smith's colleges food waste for composting, and Moonstone has partnered with PSC culinary Chef Kevin McCarthy to make and sell local pasta! See the farm and hear from farmer Jacob about his various projects working with Paul Smith's College

 Earth Day Ecochallenge is a environmental and social engagement program. Participants select actions to take that align with their values and make a commitment to complete those actions while reinforcing more sustainable habits.
