It's National Volunteer Week, and Poudre School District wants to celebrate by thanking each and every one of our nearly 10,000 volunteers for their service, dedication, and care for students. Whether it's helping with field trips, coaching, making thousands of copies, tutoring students, or helping out in other ways, we couldn't do it without you! Every year, Poudre School District highlights members of the graduating class in a series of videos, articles, and photos called Grads at a Glance. This year's theme is "Future Connections." Four PSD schools pilot new meal checkout technology

This spring, students at Dunn, Kinard, Linton, and Rocky Mountain will use finger-scanning technology instead of keying in student ID numbers to check out of the school lunch or breakfast line. If the pilot shows kids can check out faster this way, it may expand to more schools in the 2023-24 school year. Find out more about the biometric pilot program.>>
