The new site’s “Communications” section provides new and old information of interest to paper recycling professionals, including the latest PSI news items, announcements on new PSI members, and interviews with past and current PSI members and leaders. This section also offers informative resources—such as summaries of previous PSI specification discussions—as well as a list and photos of past PSI Chapter presidents.
Other sections of the new PSI site link members to ISRI’s state legislative tracking system (a member-only benefit), announcements on upcoming PSI events, photos from past PSI gatherings, and a list of current PSI Chapter officers, including their email addresses and phone contact information.
Previously, a third-party vendor hosted PSI’s website, whereas ISRI now hosts the new site. PSI and ISRI made that move to gain greater in-house control of the website and align it with ISRI’s overall brand and style.
“PSI is excited to unveil its new website, which provides a timely, professional-looking forum for the chapter,” says PSI Chapter President Linda Leone of WestRock. “I encourage all paper recycling professionals to visit the new site to see how its resources might benefit them.”
