Building a
Safety Culture
Establishing a strong safety culture in your company can bring many benefits, which is why you don’t want to miss ISRI’s “Organizational Culture and Safety Success” four-part online program.
Developed for supervisory managers and safety professionals, this course provides guidance on developing a positive organizational culture through leadership. Topics include transformational leadership and its principles, techniques to improve culture, and the impact of an organization’s culture on safety and outcomes. Participants will learn what affects positive organizational culture and develop strategies for engaging the workforce to improve safety outcomes.
This instructor-led course is delivered in four consecutive weekly online sessions via Zoom—Sept. 28, Oct. 5, Oct. 12, and Oct. 19—all from 2 to 3:15 p.m. (ET). Attendance at each session is required. Participants must attend all four sessions and score 70% or higher on their post-program test to receive a certificate of completion.
