MBPC has an open position for an Office Administrative Assistant.
Mountain Brook Presbyterian Church is seeking a part-time Office Administrator to become the organizational hub of our church office. MBPC is a warm, family-oriented congregation of approximately 140 members, supported by a small and collaborative staff. This is an important role for someone who enjoys helping people, bringing order to details, communicating clearly, and making a meaningful contribution to the life of a church.

Strong organization, good judgment, comfort with technology, discretion, initiative, and a sense of humor are all important. Church-office experience is welcome but not required; curiosity, reliability, warmth, and the ability to learn matter greatly.
The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. The position begins with 10 paid days off each year, with additional flexibility possible when responsibilities and workflow are planned for in advance.
Interested candidates should submit a résumé and brief letter of interest to info@mbpcusa.org by September 15, 2026.
