The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Career Development Program is Now Open!

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society supports talented blood cancer researchers in the early phase of their careers through the Career Development Program. The CDP continues to provide a pool of dedicated researchers to advance the understanding and diagnosis of blood cancer, as well as the development of treatment and prevention options that will ultimately lead to a higher quality of life for blood cancer patients.

Sarcoidosis Grant Program Announcement for 2024

The Milken Institute, in collaboration with the Ann Theodore Foundation, is launching the next cycle of a grant program focused on sarcoidosis. The program intends to fund up to 6 grants this cycle, awarding up to $575,000 over two years to support research focused on the basic science of sarcoidosis. AHA - New Strategically Focused Research Network Funding-Cardiovascular Kidney Metabolic Syndrome: Heterogeneity in Women

Pre-Proposal deadline: October 30, 2024

The next AHA Strategically Focused Research Network (SFRN) will focus on Cardiovascular Kidney Metabolic (CKM) Syndrome in women. CKM Syndrome is a health disorder due to connections among heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes and obesity. The goal of the network will be to expand our understanding of heterogeneity of CKM in women and the related contributing factors. Outcomes from the SFRN should facilitate improved approaches for both prevention and treatment of CKM.

Kissick Family Foundation Announces Funding Opportunity in FTD

The Milken Institute is excited to announce the launch of the second cycle of the Kissick Family Foundation Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) Grant Program. The RFP calls for basic science or early-stage translational research projects that focus on building a fundamental understanding of sporadic FTD. The Kissick Family Foundation, with guidance from the Milken Institute Science Philanthropy Accelerator for Research and Collaboration (SPARC), welcomes proposals requesting up to $500K over 2 years.

CEET Pilot Project Program

RNA Pilot Grant Program - Fall 2024 RFA

The Penn Institute for RNA Innovation seeks to support RNA-related basic, translational and clinical research.
