Happy New Year! I hope that you had an enjoyable holiday season!

We have a few exciting upcoming opportunities. Tonight, we have our spirit night at Triangle Rock Club. (Details below). Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned climber, this is an amazing way to support Jeffreys Grove and enjoy a night of adventure!

Additionally- please save the date / reserve your babysitters for our annual Parents’ Night Out on February 20th from 7-10pm at Maywood Hall (Trophy Brewing’s event space). It's a FUN evening that you won’t want to miss- hope to see you there!

Principal's Message

Dear Jeffreys Grove Families,

We are excited to share a save-the-date for our 2026 Spanish Immersion Summer Camp at Jeffreys Grove! The camp will be offered during the last week of July and the first week of August 2026, providing our Spanish Immersion students with a fun, engaging opportunity to continue building their language skills over the summer.

This summer camp is designed to support students in maintaining and strengthening their Spanish literacy, vocabulary, and speaking skills through culturally rich, hands-on learning experiences.

More details—including registration information, cost, and enrollment procedures—will be sent to families soon. For now, we encourage you to mark your calendars and save the date if you are interested in having your child participate.

We look forward to sharing more information with you and continuing to support our students’ bilingual journey.

Save the Date! Parents Night Out

⚓ Ahoy! Save the Date for Captain’s Night Out! ⚓

Set sail for an evening of fun at Captain’s Night Out on Friday, February 20th from 7–10 PM at Trophy Brewing’s Maywood Hall. Drop anchor for a night of great vibes with a DJ, raffles, drinks, and dinner. Book your sitter, mark your calendar, and get ready for a shore-worthy good time—more details coming soon!

Volunteers Needed

Last call for visual arts residency volunteers for this week: The lunchtime shifts (12:20-1:30pm) on Monday (1/12) and Tuesday (1/13) are still in need of one more volunteer each.

Volunteers can have children in any grade and do not need any art experience to help this program run smoothly. Our 5th graders will be creating beautiful banner art to be proudly installed and enjoyed in the school cafeteria. If you’d like to volunteer or learn more, please click the link below – we’d love to have your support!

Cafeteria Helpers Needed!
Looking for a fun way to help our school and spend some extra time with your child and their classmates? Join the team to monitor and mentor the Jeffreys Grove students during lunch time in the newly named cafeteria - The Sky High Cafe!

This opportunity is a part of the initiative to improve the culture and efficiency in the school lunch room so that kids can enjoy their lunch period AND leave feeling well fed and ready to conquer the rest of the day!
