Jeffreys Grove Families,

Our first Spirit Night at Moe’s was a huge success; thank you to all the families who came out to support our school! We enjoyed seeing everyone at last Thursday’s Open House for the first PTA General Meeting. We were able to vote in our new board members and approve this year's budget. A HUGE thank you to our Platinum Sponsor, Peck’s Taekwondo, for providing fun activities for our Eagles during the meetings. Speaking of Pecks, kick your evening into high gear at our first Family Fitness Night on Oct 1! Join us for an action packed event - fun, fitness, and family-friendly moves for all ages! Bring your family to our next Spirit Day at Big Air tomorrow night from 3-8PM. Let the kiddos get some of that energy out before the workday (no school) on Tues 9/23. This is a great chance for the kids to meet up outside of JG- hope to see you there!

School Volunteers

If you are interested in volunteering in the classroom or for a field trip, make sure you are an approved volunteer. Volunteers from the 2024-25 school year can check their email for information about the quick and easy volunteer renewal process for the 2025-26 school year. The renewal window runs through Oct. 31. If you want to volunteer for the first time, please visit the volunteer website to get started or to learn more. Contact Milton Battle (mtbattle), District volunteer coordinator, with any questions.

Details: National Walk to School Day is coming up and Jeffreys Grove is celebrating! Not only does the day encourage getting some exercise, but the weather is perfect for walking to school, too.

The goal of this day is to raise awareness and support for the health, community and environmental benefits of regularly walking or biking to school. All students are invited! We hope you’ll join us for a family favorite!

Jogging with Jeffrey FUNdraiser

Our third annual Jogging with Jeffrey FUNdraiser kicks off on Wednesday, October 15th! This is Jeffreys Grove’s biggest fundraiser of the year. The students will work as a TEAM to EARN REWARDS all while raising money for our school.

Please join us at the Jeffreys Grove track on Oct. 24th for a fun-filled morning cheering on our EAGLES!

The Hospitality Team has been busy in the first few weeks of the year! Last Friday, we celebrated Instructional Assistants Day by treating our amazing IAs to a special surprise. The Snack Crew also made their maiden voyage with snacks, treats and drinks for our awesome staff!
