November 2023

From your PTA Presidents

This Thanksgiving, we are truly grateful for this beautiful community that we live in - one that embraces inclusivity, supports one another and comes together for all of our children. We are thankful to our administrators, teachers, support staff, custodial staff and our Board of Education that all work so hard to make our school a safe and fun place for our children to learn and grow. We are grateful for the army of volunteers giving up their time and talent to make all of our enriching PTA events and programs happen. We appreciate our community's continuous support of our fundraisers and events. To our entire Edgemont community - THANK YOU!

We hope that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

As always, email us with any questions, feedback, or ideas.

The Edgemont School Foundation is incredibly excited to announce a new capital project in partnership with the district for a major upgrade to the Edgemont High School auditorium. This project is long overdue and, with the support of the community, will provide a great improvement for all theatrical performances, gradewide meetings, teacher meetings, assemblies, and band/chorus/orchestra productions. The funds donated by the Edgemont community through ESF will enable:

- The replacement of antiquated sound and lighting equipment

- The installation of soundproofing to enhance acoustics

- Greater aisle accessibility

- Updated fly rigging to allow for multiple scene changes and enhanced learning opportunities

- A refinished stage floor

Please support this exciting project by making a generous donation HERE. We are thankful for all of your continued support.
