U.S. Army Corps of Engineers begins to transition to using the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)

The USACE begins to transition to using the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) module to act as a repository for our procurement documents for purposes of bidding.
