PTM is Now WBENC Certified!
In the fall of 2014, a small team started to carve out what we wanted for the future of PTM/MTI and where we wanted to go as an organization. Part of us, reaching our business goals while driving a culture of excellence and wanting to make a positive change in our organizations. Change is necessary to ensure a successful executing of our business plans and strategies.
Today, we are announcing the following changes to our current organizational structure:
Charles T. Russell Mr. Russell, who has created these wonderful companies we call PTM and MTI, has resigned as President. After a lifetime of hard work, long hours and endless dedication to the success of his companies, he feels it is time to help his partners/daughters transition the businesses toward the future. Donna Russell-Kuhr, Nika Russell-Hess, Gina Russell, and Dannielle Russell are now co-owners of PTM as well as MTI. Charlie will remain a co-owner, board member and consultant. Donna Russell-Kuhr Mrs. Russell-Kuhr has been promoted to President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) while continuing as co-owner and board member. Mrs. Russell-Kuhr has been with PTM since 1982. While holding various positions throughout her tenure, she has helped guide the organizations' growth to make positive change. Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) WBENC granted certification to PTM Corporation on September 23, 2015. PTM, together with MTI, are now recognized as a certified women-owned business and is able to service its customers utilizing its minority status. These are exciting times for PTM/MTI as we make changes to move forward toward continuous growth.
