Help Us Give Back to the Community
Everyone who donates will be entered into a raffle for Amazon Gift Cards
The PTMBA Association would like to begin 2021 by giving back to the local community, so we are partnering with the Capital Area Food Bank to raise $1,000!

The Capital Area Food Bank is one of the largest hunger-fighting organizations in DC, and they work with many local community partners to deliver nutritious meals directly to those in need. By donating just $1, the Capital Area Food Bank is able to supply two meals, whether that be via a local soup kitchen, a women's shelter, or a senior facility.

Please visit the below link to donate today. We thank you for your kind heart and generosity.

Congratulations, Smith Class of 2021! We are so proud of you!
“We all have those myths about how things work in the world. In our thinking, we can sometimes oversimplify and that is manifested in this zero-sum mindset, that it's an either/or deal,” said Rellie Derfler-Rozin, associate professor of management and organization at Maryland Smith, in a recent Smith Brain Trust article

Register for her webinar on Tuesday, May 18 at 12:00 pm - The Pitfalls of a Zero-Sum Mindset - to learn more about the impact of zero-sum thinking in the employment negotiation process.
