Yoga with Tara
October 17th and November 14th | 12pm-1pm
You are invited to join us for Yoga with Tara! Beginners are welcome.

Tara became a certified yoga instructor in 2016 in order to share her passion for health and wellness with the community. Since the pandemic began, Tara has taken her talents to Zoom and teaches a weekly class to family, friends, and classmates. Tara primarily teaches Yoga Sculpt (think: hot yoga with weights and full body movements), but she also loves leading a slower paced vinyasa flow on occasion. From beginners to experienced yogis, Tara believes everyone can benefit from taking a few moments out of their day to reconnect with their mind, body, and soul.

Learn more about her Yoga lessons, here.
