Meet the PTMBAA Board!
The PTMBAA represents part-time students at the Smith School. We
serve the interests of graduate business students on the Shady Grove, Washington, and Baltimore campuses.
The PTMBAA will speak as the coordinated voice of the students, serving as liaisons to the
administration and faculty of the University.
We work on behalf of the students to improve the quality of education, academic support, and professional offerings they receive. Additionally, the PTMBAA fosters a greater sense of community within its three part-time campuses and within the larger Smith family, including better coordination with full-time students and alumni.

As always, if you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns related to the part-time program, reach out to us at ptmbaa@rhsmith.umd.edu.

Virtual Interest Pod (VIP) Socials
We're excited to continue developing a sense of community during these novel times.
We will be hosting Virtual Interest Pod (VIP) socials centered around your unique interests, with the aim of gaining stronger interpersonal connections.
Each pod will house a handful of your fellow students who share your specific interests or life situation. The small pod setup will allow for everyone to speak and connect outside of the classroom. We will meet virtually through Zoom and utilize Break-Out Rooms to connect students with similar interests.
Please use the below form to sign-up for any pods in which you have an interest in and would like to connect with others around this shared interest.
