Please be aware that Paid Time Off (PTO) accruals may not be visible on pay stubs (Webchecks) for some Aspirus team members who were paid this week. PTO accruals did process but may not be reflected on everyone’s pay stubs.
Human Resources and Payroll are aware of the issue and are working with our Infor vendor on resolution for future pay periods.
Current PTO balances can be accessed directly within Infor GHR and our Kronos timekeeping application. Please refer to the screenshots below for additional guidance.
