Last Friday night we had a successful 6th grade dance with over 130 6th graders attending! Thank you to all of the volunteers and faculty members who helped put on a fun event!

PTO Proposed New By-Laws

At the March PTO meeting, the following Proposed New By-Laws will be voted on.

The Gardening Class started a major clean up this week

If you have a green thumb and would like to help or could donate items to help our garden, then please email [email protected]. We are looking to rebuild the garden and need soil, seeds, plants, and more.

Do you have an interest in volunteering your time with the Pershing PTO?

The nominating committee is beginning to meet soon to create the slate for next school year’s PTO board.

The committee is also looking for volunteers to chair events, serve as liaisons and help with activities as they happen during the school year.

Please fill out this form with your interests and ways you (or someone you know) may be willing to support our Pershing community.

Donations Needed

SNACKS! SNACKS! SNACKS!

The Wraparound Department provides students with the non-academic supports necessary to be successful in school; including access to mental and physical health professionals, food, housing, and more.

Pershing’s WrapAround specialist, Ms. Rushing, keeps snacks on site at Pershing to distribute to students.

Are you able to help with a snack donation? Items needed: granola bars, pop tarts, chips and fruit snacks.

Please consider adding one of these items to your grocery shopping for our students. You can bring it into the front office to be given to the WrapAround Department.

Pringles Cans Are Needed

8th grade History needs your empty Pringles cans for an upcoming project.

8th grade needs these by May 16.

Please drop off your empty Pringles cans in the box in the Main Office.

Show Some Love
