Preservation Trust of Vermont
For the past two years, the Preservation Trust of Vermont has been collaborating on an exciting project called the Vermont Story Lab.

We are a network of nonprofits and individuals with a common goal: to weave storytelling through the fabric of nonprofit organizations to expand our reach and impact.

Our Spring Lab season is underway, and thanks to popular demand, we have added an additional lab in Brattleboro: Storytelling Strategies that Move People to Donate on Thursday, June 22.

Storytelling Strategies that Move People to Donate

Learn to tailor your mission-driven stories to funders, grantors, businesses and individual donors for maximum impact.

This half-day workshop will offer dynamic strategies and examples to best showcase your programs and participants for specific audiences (from annual appeals to sponsorships to infographics).

This interactive lab will be presented by Marybeth Christie Redmond, journalist and former director of development and communications, Vermont Works for Women.

We're designing our 2nd statewide event for nonprofit communicators and storytellers! The day will feature skill-building activities, peer-to-peer sharing, examples of excellent storytelling for fundraising and marketing, and a networking reception.
