PopHealth Analytics, accessible through the CRISP DC HIE Portal, provides users with interactive reports and data visualizations to support care coordination, population health management, and quality improvement efforts across clinical and non-clinical settings.

Product Updates: LinkU in the HIE

CRISP DC has partnered with Findhelp to develop a Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, allowing users to seamlessly launch from CRISP DC into LinkU, DC Health’s instance of Findhelp.
