Assisted Living

Aqui Esta at Socorro in PGI- Council approved the project in 2017. Anticipated construction will begin in 2020. This project is still pending a Development Review Committee application.

Cloudberry Lodge Assisted Living

11330 Burnt Store Road 96 unit ALF. This project is underway with pending Annexation, Comprehensive Plan and Rezoning applications being considered by City Council.

Hampton Manor

10211 Tamiami Trail A 94 unit memory care facility with associated amenities. City Council to hear special exception request in July.

Valiant Recovery Corp.

610 East Olympia Avenue A residential detoxification and substance abuse treatment center in an existing structure. City Council to hear special exception request in July.

PROJECTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Paradise Pointe at Charlotte Harbor

1425 Park Beach Circle is a multi-family project, proposing two buildings and a total of 39 units along with a pool, cabana, storm-water facilities, landscaping and solid waste collection.

Expansion Peace River Vet Clinic

327 Cross Street. Project to add 1,040 feet to the existing building.

Harbor Social

212 West Marion Avenue 3,593 sf covered building with open walls, restrooms and a permanent bar. Bar service, seating area and restrooms under cover to support a series of food trucks parked on the site and surrounding the outside of the building.
