I hope everyone is enjoying this holiday weekend. It is always a great opportunity to rest and recharge with family and friends, but also an important time to remember those who have lost their lives fighting for our country. Thank you to all of our military families for their service and sacrifice.

I cannot believe how quickly this school year has flown by. It is already our last regular week of classes before we head into finals week. Teachers will be covering final concepts and preparing students for finals. Please remind your students to remain focused this week so we can finish this school year strong.

I again want to express my gratitude to the entire Sea King family for their ongoing support and commitment to making our school an amazing learning community. Our school is blessed with wonderful teachers, students, and families and I am proud to serve as your principal.

Let's make it an amazing week Kings!

Sincerely,

Dr. Trista Ramirez

PVHS Principal

The CIF Southern Section announced this week the top girl’s and boy’s athletic programs during the 2021-2022 school year. This marks the 29th year the CIF-SS has honored schools with the Commissioner’s Cup and is the first time since the 2018-19 school year due to the COVID pandemic. Winners were determined by a point system and our girl's athletic teams placed 7th out of over 580 southern section schools.  Congratulations to our outstanding girl's athletic programs for all of their hard work and accomplishments.

After a two-year hiatus, the Musical Theater Showcase returned to the stage this week, filling the theater with the sounds of Broadway. With numbers ranging from Cabaret to Into the Woods and Anything Goes to The Lightning Thief, this incredibly talented cast did not disappoint. Can’t wait to see what they do next!
