Time is short to provide input!

There are only few more opportunities to learn about the proposed changes to City transit and contribute your comments. Learn about the "Comprehensive Operational Analysis" Draft Plan by viewing the video presentation linked on the left side of this page: https://www.tucsoncoa.com/

We encourage you to review the proposed changes and take action, especially if you or someone you know depends on Route 5 (Pima - W. Speedway) which runs through Palo Verde Neighborhood.

Thank you to neighbors Bobbi, Debra, Jill, Michael, Lorraine, Christopher, Patricia, Val, Rich, Marissa, Patrick and Maribeth for lending their time and muscle to help clean up the roadside on the western edge of Seneca Park. There is more to do but we made a good start, dug up a lot of buffelgrass and mesquite, and improved the visibility and walkability of that corner. Stay tuned for the next Walk & Talk project on Saturday, September 23rd!

Movie and Showtime to be Announced

ATTENTION ALL MOVIE FANS!

PVNA wants to provide opportunities for the community to meet up and get to know each other. We will be selecting one movie each month at The Loft Cinema to designate as our Meetup Movie. Our inaugural movie will be announced in the Sunday, September 3rd e-newsletter. We are waiting for The Loft to update their movie schedule for September.

We will be targeting the evenings between 5:30-7:00 PM. Individuals attending will be responsible for purchasing their tickets, popcorn, and beverages. Reminder: Loft members receive discounts on most tickets as a membership benefit.

Join Tucson Police Department officers for a chance to chat and get to know more about them and their work, and to share your own concerns. The event is timed so that both day shift and night shift officers can attend.

This will be a Buy-Your-Own-Cone event.
