Waffle House Coming to Newark/Bear Area
|

Rich Dudek represented the seller, Maggie Group, Inc., in the sale negotiations of a 2,000 sq. ft. building at
1450 Pulaski Highway in Newark, Delaware to Waffle House, Inc. Waffle House plans to do a ground up development and open to the public by the end of 2020. This will be their fourth Delaware location with others in Middletown, Smyrna, and Dover.

Lipsey, a training and consulting firm specializing in the commercial real estate industry, conducts the survey annually. Over 1.7 million votes have been casted since the start of the survey, which is celebrating its 19th year.
