$4.6M INDUSTRIAL SALE

Patterson-Woods Principal, Joseph Latina, represented the seller, Northeast Warehouse Acquisitions, LLC, in the sale of a 121,897 +/- sq. ft. industrial warehouse building on 3.41 AC of land at 1245 E 16th Street in Wilmington, Delaware. The purchase price was $4,600,000.

LIMESTONE OFFICE BUILDING

FULLY LEASED

The 45,399 sq. ft. office building at 5301 Limestone Road in Pike Creek, DE, is now fully leased. Patterson-Woods Principal, Greg Ellis, CCIM, has led all deal negotiations for the landlord, 5301 Properties, LLC, exclusively since 2015. The most recent transactions have included a 12,213 sq. ft. renewal with Simon Eye (in addition to a 2,887 sq. ft. expansion), as well as leases with AllState Insurance (tenant rep - Brent du Pont) and Arthur Hall Insurance.

N/C BUSINESS CENTER

FULLY LEASED

The 120,000 sq. ft. industrial center at 186 N DuPont Highway in New Castle, DE, is now fully leased. Patterson-Woods Principal, Rich Dudek, completed four leases in the industrial center in May 2021, and 14 leases in total since 2018. The leases have ranged from 1,225 sq. ft. to 4,900 sq. ft.

VINCENT WHITE ELECTED VICE CHAIRMAN OF WILMINGTON HOUSING AUTHORITY

Patterson-Woods Associate Broker, Vincent M. White, was recently elected Vice-Chairman of the Wilmington Housing Authority at its annual meeting. The organization is Delaware's largest provider of affordable housing in Wilmington and owns and manages over 7,000 housing units.

Chris Moore, CCIM, and Marvin Sachs, represented the sellers, Ronald and Eileen Palimere, in the sale of a 22,291 sq. ft. industrial warehouse on 1.58 acres at 900 S Heald Street in Wilmington, Delaware.

Rich Dudek represented the buyer, Sheldon Thomas, in the purchase of a 7,300 sq. ft. industrial building on 0.49 acres at 303-305 Ayre Street in Wilmington, Delaware.

Greg Ellis, CCIM, represented the tenant, Simon Eye Management, LLC, in the lease renewal of a 4,900 sq. ft. retail space at 114-118 Fox Hunt Drive in Bear, Delaware.

Rich Dudek represented the landlord, Fratelli Enterprises, in the lease of a 4,200 sq. ft. retail restaurant space at 76 E Main Street in Newark, Delaware.

Rich Dudek represented the seller, JB and CAL, Inc., in the sale of a 3,000 sq. ft. retail building on .40 acres at 1000 Ridge Road in Claymont, Delaware.

Bart Mackey represented the seller in the sale of a 2,500 sq. ft. building on 1.48 acres of land at 5719 Kennett Pike in Centreville, Delaware.

Chris Moore, CCIM, and Kyle McLaughlin represented the seller, 515 W 7th Street, LLC, in the sale of a 2,475 sq. ft. multifamily investment property at 515 W 7th Street in Wilmington, Delaware.

Michael Woods represented the landlord, Inventive, LLC, in the lease of a 2,010 sq. ft. retail space at 3616 Kirkwood Highway, Suite G, in Wilmington, Delaware.
