Patterson-Woods is pleased to welcome Zach Rempfer to our real estate team!
Zach has over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, where he helped facilitate the opening of several locations for a regional brewery and was Director of Operations for a restaurant group at the beach, where he oversaw two locations and was instrumental in the opening of a third location. Throughout his career, Zach has developed a love for meeting and working with new clients from all over the area. Zach started his career in residential real estate with Jack Lingo prior to finding that he had a passion for commercial real estate. After returning to New Castle County, Zach successfully started his career at a smaller brokerage and is eager to bring his knowledge and expertise to Patterson-Woods.
