Elevator Update

We wanted to share the latest update on our elevator modernization project and thank everyone again for your continued patience, understanding, and cooperation while this important work is underway.

We are pleased to share that the project has now progressed to Stage Two. The specialized elevator parts that were ordered are now beginning to arrive at the elevator contractor’s site. This is an important step forward and brings us closer to the next phase of the modernization work.

Based on the most recent information provided by the contractor, the projected return-to-service timeline remains September–October 2026.

We recognize the ongoing inconvenience that the elevator outage has created, particularly for individuals with accessibility needs, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience as the work progresses.

We will continue to keep you posted as we move into the next stage and will share further updates as soon as they become available.

Thank you very much for your continued support and understanding.

Closed: September 7

PWA will be closed on Monday, September 7 in observance of Labour Day. Our offices will resume usual business hours on Tuesday, September 8. Happy Labour Day!
