With the increasingly warmer weather, we have started receiving submissions for Air Conditioner service. Although temperatures are expected to rise, air conditioning is considered routine unless the night time low temperature is consistently above 75 degrees or daytime temperatures are consistently above 85 degrees.
It is recommended to open windows during evening and overnight hours and closing them before the temperature begins to rise to maintain a cooler temperature inside your home. Also, utilizing ceiling fans may also help you stay comfortable.
Your comfort is important to us! Although the guidelines for routine service response time is within four days and completion time is within 15 days, our maintenance team is committed to taking care of your service needs as effective and efficient as possible.
