Exciting Improvements Coming to The Woods!
We’re happy to share that new driveways are coming to The Woods starting in July! This upgrade is part of our continued efforts to maintain a beautiful and safe community for all residents.
In June, before the paving begins, PWF and our contracted vendors will begin site preparation work. Please watch for our workers and be mindful as this project will be ongoing.
This includes:
- Identifying and removing any tree roots or trees causing driveway damage
- Preventative root and tree removal to protect the new asphalt
- Relocating or removing downspouts and any obstacles in the work area
What to Expect & How to Prepare:
- We’ll notify you with updates and timelines as soon as the project schedule is finalized.
- Crews will be scheduled to complete approximately 8 driveways per day. To help keep everything on track, please ensure your driveway is fully prepped and ready—any delays in preparation may impact the schedule.

Before your driveway work begins, please move all vehicles out of your driveway and garage. Once the project starts, you’ll not be able to access these areas for 4–5 business days, weather permitting.

Street parking will be limited during the project to allow work trucks through, please watch for Temporary No Parking signs.
- A door hanger will be placed on your door the day before your scheduled driveway work to remind you.
Traffic control measures will be in place during the project, and some areas may have limited access at times. Normal traffic flow will resume once the work is completed.
