Dear Resident,

We are wholly dedicated to our community and by taking the urgent recommendations of federal, state, and local leaders seriously we are affirming that dedication. Due the guidance directed by our leaders, we are severely limited our abilities to serve you. But, rest assured, our core services still remain operational. While we understand the below actions aren’t the desired process for community operation, your health and safety as well as that of our associates, family members, and community is our top priority.

  • We understand that the closures of certain businesses across the country may cause financial hardships on some families. However rent is still due on the 1st of each month and utilities payments are due on the 3rd of each month.
  • We highly encourage you to mail rental payments to be accepted by the first of each month, or utilize the drop box located outside of the Leasing/Management office on Hickam Drive.
  • The drop box can also be used for paperwork

  • Watch out for scams:
  • Only base commander approved soliciting is authorized and the soliciting persons will be issued a base pass for such soliciting
  • Non-commercial community activities such as neighborhood/block associations/groups may be allowed but only with PWF approval
  • Your gas and electric utilities cannot be switched and anyone from any utility company, or representative thereof, offering savings are false
  • The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued warnings of a couple different scams currently being perpetuated on consumers.
  • The FDA put out a notice that it has NOT approved COVID-19 home test kits, but that seems to be the latest scam: http://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/coronavirus-covid-19-update-fda-alerts-consumers-about-unauthorized-fraudulent-covid-19-test-kits
  •  Also beware that there are people trying to make money off of the current COVID-19 pandemic. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) published this list of fraudulent products: http://www.fda.gov/consumers/health-fraud-scams/fraudulent-coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19-products
  • Tips on prevention from a maintenance perspective:
  • Do not flush paper towels, wet wipes, disinfectant wipes, napkins, etc. down the toilet. These items will not disintegrate. This can cause significant sewer issues and we must do everything we can to prevent sewer back up. Only toilet paper has been designed and manufactured to be used on waste plumbing systems.
  • Do not pack your refrigerator or freezer to capacity. You must leave 1-2 inches of empty space around the interior walls in order for air to circulate properly. If air does not circulate, you risk having the appliance freeze up and stop cooling all together.
Thank you for your patience, understanding and cooperation during this difficult time. We will continually evaluate and update our residents and staff on plans for resuming normal operations.
