Dear PGA WEST Residential Association Homeowners,

We are pleased to inform you that PWLC II officially commenced the 2025–2026 Landscape Maintenance Contract work on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

To help homeowners easily identify PWLC II staff members, we’ve included a photo below of several employees in uniform. Please keep in mind that for the landscape crews to stay on schedule, they are not able to take direction from residents, nor provide customized landscaping. If you have a particular request, please utilize the work order system, which can be accessed via the Association’s website, pgawest.org, or you may call the office at (760) 771-1234.

Please note: Due to the Labor Day holiday and recent inclement weather, mowing for both the Palmer and Stadium side have been rescheduled to Friday, September 5, 2025.

Moving forward, routine weekly mowing of both the Palmer and Stadium side lawn areas will take place on Wednesdays.
