The first draft PY 2025 4% LIHTC with BGF guidelines can be found on OHFA’s website here.

OHFA will accept comments on the draft guidelines through Thursday, February 27, 2025. Comments may be submitted in writing to BGF@ohiohome.org.

BGF Public Forum

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) invites you to participate in a forum to discuss the 2025 BGF draft guidelines and processes. OHFA’s 4% LIHTC team will walk through the draft guidelines to seek input on everything from threshold requirements to competitive criteria.

Individuals may attend in person, online via Microsoft Teams, or by calling in. The meeting information is below:
