PYSC August Update
Since we launched the report of the Task Force on Sports Based Youth Development, PYSC and our partners have been hard at work to begin expanding access to SBYD programs. We are working with the Mayor's Office of Education to develop pilot programs to be launched this fall, and exploring opportunities with other Task Force partners including Philadelphia Parks and Recreation and the School District of Philadelphia. We are convening leaders in the field of training and professional development to develop a trauma-informed youth development training.
