The Pace SBDC launched in-person 1:1 business advisory sessions from Assemblymember Rodneyse Bichotte Hermelyn’s office, in partnership with the Assemblymember, the Flatbush Nostrand Junction Business Improvement District and Little Haiti BK. These sessions provide valuable support for small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs in key areas such as access to financing, marketing and sales strategies, government procurement, certification programs, and business planning.
We recently celebrated the expansion to this new satellite location alongside our key community partners. In addition to Flatbush, we operate at the Brooklyn Public Library’s and New York Public Library’s business branches, in Industry City (Sunset Park) at the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce's office, in Bushwick, at our downtown Manhattan office, and virtually.

Our team was happy to partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) NY District Office, Chinatown Business Improvement District, and Baruch SBDC on a small business walking tour in Chinatown! Special thanks to NYS Senator Brian Kavanagh, City Councilmember Christopher Marte, reps from Congressman Dan Goldman and Assemblymember Grace Lee, and Renaissance Economic Development for their support.
The Pace SBDC team also partnered with the SBA's NY District Office and the Grand Street Business Improvement District on a tour of their Williamsburg, Brooklyn district, and were happy to be joined by reps from the offices of State Senator Julia Salazar and Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso. We loved connecting with local entrepreneurs, sharing information on free SBDC programming, and celebrating the incredible contributions of small businesses as we highlighted Small Business Saturday.
