EVENTS AND CLINICS
Ross Yancher Memorial Brute Squad and Inaugural Brute Squad Lite ePostal Swim
October 1-November 30

Time again to challenge yourself with the 11th Annual Brute Squad e-Postal, sponsored by Davis Aquatic Masters! The event consists of a timed, continuous 200 butterfly, followed by a 400 IM, and finishing up with a 1650 freestyle. For those to whom these distances seem intimidating, DAM created a smaller event this year called the Brute Squad Lite. This event features timed, continuous distances of 100 fly, 200 IM and a 500 free.  Completing either of these events is still something to brag about! Information.

Editor's Note
The Kincaid Fire

Our beautiful California has been looking more and more like Tierra del Fuego. We thought 2017 had hit the Top of the Charts as the worst case scenario, but 2019 has proven to be an unfortunate contender. Some of us were impacted by the fires directly with evacuations, but all of us were affected by the fallout of unhealthy, smoky skies and black-outs. Here are some impressions by our own Pacific Masters Swimmers of two weeks of stress and turmoil. Read more.
